In order for us to get the correct hose, we need all of the following information:

1. Chassis make, model and year manufactured

2. Chassis service number

3. Axle weight for the front and/or rear (GAWF, GAWR)

4. Location of caliper hose (left/right, front/rear)

5. Length of hose

6. Last 8 of the VIN
